Arkansas Carry

When its hot outside and I don't want to wear a sport coat, vest, or jacket I use my Fobus ankle holser with my Glock 27.

It's a VERY secure and VERY comfortable setup. It's very easy to forget you're carrying!

Only downside its not readily accessible as a tucked holster on the waist. But this way I never have to worry about printing, exposure, etc... love it!

I really like that, Chris. I hear all the cons of carrying in an ankle holster, but you gave the pros to it. I know it's not as accessible as other rigs, but at least you are armed!

I use an IWB Nate Squared Tactical Original carrying a Sig P238. I find the design to be comfortable, as no part of the weapon contacts skin, and very concealable. Also the suede leather that contacts the skin has a bit of a grip that takes some load off your belt. Can get a little hot in the summer, but I consider this minor.

I use a Isotope 7 Secret City Weaponeers leather holster IWB for my Colt Railgun. It does the job well enough.

The heat is only a minor annoyance when one wears a microbal cooling shirt under the leather.

I have learned to put down some leather fluid under the Crossbreed IWB Magazine carrier so I don't creak as much. The belt is from "The Belt-man" in the Carolina. A pocket carries a extra mag or two. something like 45 rounds total. It's not much firepower when you consider that it can be consumed rather quickly.

I have a couple of other basic holsters for Range/training use. I increasingly just pack my IWB because the other holsters interfere with my draw.\

I suppose there is a bit of print when physically active, it is however; concealed.

I finally got a call from one of the Nates at Nate Squared, that my left-handed XD-S Pro Tactical IWB had finally been made. They finally got the left-handed IWB Pro line started Friday. Man, what a wait! Almost warmer WX time too. Good timing.

Oh, I use a Nate's Custom Holster (no connection to above) OWB high ride forward cant holster at the moment at 8:00 o'clock.

It disappears nicely and covers well with a slightly over sized pull-over shirt. Usually wear a very light jacket when wearing the holster as well, in case of possible exposure.

Usually my Theis iwb with witness 45. If that doesn't work, kel-tec 380 in blackhawk pocket holster. This comes in handy if i have to disarm before entering certain establishments {hospitals,etc}. There are several other rigs that I use on various occasions.
