Would you vote FOR a bill legalizing licensed open carry in Arkansas, similar to Tennessee’s law? |
Yes [1] |

I assume here that the "license" merely insures the bearer is not a felon and has passed a safety/firearms use training similar to that required for a concealed carry permit. It may or may not be issued by the Arkansas State Police. |

In a written opinion, the Arkansas State Attorney General said our current journey law needs to be defined. Would you vote FOR a bill that defined a “journey” under Arkansas gun law as leaving one’s “voting precinct”? |
Unsure [A3] |
|
Comment |
I would vote for it if that was the best we could pass; however, I agree with the dictionary definition of journey: "the act of traveling from one place to another". No minimum distance or time requirement is necessary. |
